Your Legacy
All of us have the opportunity to leave a legacy to AQSG, a legacy that will honor those who came before us and the friends we have made through our association with this outstanding organization. Your commitment to quilting and quilt history reflects your interest in seeing AQSG continue far into the future. Your gifts will allow AQSG to grow and serve its members and the larger community known as “the quilt world.”
Types of Gifts
A donation to AQSG can be made either as an outright gift or as a pledge gift for as long as you desire.
Donations may be given as:
- Honor Gifts
- Memorial Gifts
- Challenge Gifts
- Matching Gifts from employers or others
- Gifts of $10,000 or more may be given as named endowments with gains restricted to your specified purpose. A gift agreement form will be sent to those wishing to establish a named endowment
Planned Gifts can be beneficial to you and to AQSG. You will need to talk with your attorney or financial advisor about the benefits to your estate. Those gifts include:
- Bequests in your will or living trust
- Retirement Plan Gift
- Life Insurance Gift
Contributions are Tax Deductible
AQSG is a recognized not for profit 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law.
