2017 Seminar Registration
Registrations received in the AQSG office by Monday July 10, 2017 will be processed by lottery. After July 10 they will be processed on a first come, first serve basis until August 25, 2017. A late fee is charged after July 31. *Please Note: Optional Offerings are available with a 1-Day Registration (Saturday or Sunday), and will be processed on August 25 after all full registration requests have been met, based on the order in which they were received.
Registrations by phone or e-mail cannot be accepted.
Advance registration holds your place and guarantees materials. On-site registration is not available for the AQSG Seminar. The full Seminar registration fee includes six meals from the Friday opening banquet through Sunday closing lunch, all program costs, the keynote address, six paper presentations, show and tell, poster session, and on-site quilt exhibit.
Registrations received by the office prior to 9 a.m. on Monday, July 10 will be placed in a lottery. On July 10th forms from that group will be chosen at random to fill Tours, Study Centers, and other optional events. Subsequent arrivals will be on a first come first serve basis.
Starting July 31, a late registration fee of $50 will be assessed. No registrations will be accepted after August 25, 2017.
On-site registration will be available for open slots in Study Centers only.
